What we collect
Through the form: full name, email, WhatsApp number, a link to your LinkedIn profile or CV, and the reference of the job if you applied to one. We also record the date and time, a shortened IP address (its last part is removed) and your browser identifier, to prevent abuse. We do not ask for anything else.
Why, and on what basis
To contact you about career opportunities and jobs. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it
Your details are stored on HR Serb's own server and stay with HR Serb Consulting. We do not share your name with a client without your agreement. Information on processors and transfers outside the EEA is available on request: office@hrserb.com.
How long we keep it
Information on retention periods is available on request: office@hrserb.com. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its use. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Write to office@hrserb.com.
This website
The site stores only your language choice in your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
