HR Serb brings together three Belgrade search practices. The oldest has been placing senior leaders since 2009. The partners now work as one firm.
We are relational. Our clients come back, and so do the people we place. Many conversations start years before a role exists.
We are boutique. We would rather run fewer searches than run them thin.
We are discreet. Confidentiality is not a policy page here. It is how the work is done.
